Sam MastersA former prosecutor and experienced Daytona Beach criminal defense attorney with more than 25 years of trial experience, Mr. Masters has spent over 20 years concentrating primarily on criminal defense and personal injury cases.

Mr. Masters has been a resident of Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida since 1959. He graduated from Seabreeze High School and obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He also obtained his law degree from FSU and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983.

He is a member and Volusia County Chapter Representative of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL). He also served 11 consecutive years as the President of the local chapter of FACDL prior to becoming chapter representative.

Mr. Masters maintains an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest peer review rating available.
